Morris Marine Laboratory – University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science – Horns Point

This renovation project included interior renovations to the Morris Marine Laboratory administrative areas, including the construction of new faculty office and conference rooms, complete with institutional and laboratory IT systems. The renovations involved extensive Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical upgrades, which included a new central station air handler, new duct work, variable frequency drive, new lighting, and controls. The exterior and entrance were upgraded with new storefront and glazing systems.
