The aging façade of a 40-year-old shopping center needed a fresh look, and Harper & Sons team carefully executed a wonderful design by Pamela P Gardner, AIA to create a modern, and tasteful improvement to the facility. The construction included structural modifications with cold-formed metal framing to raise the parapet, and accommodate the increased wind-loads of the increased height. Harper & Sons created sheltered corridors to each of the existing business in the center, so that no one day of business was lost during the renovations! The existing tenants love the improvements, and vacancies have leased quickly.
